Unfortunately I can't say that ING takes its client seriously. While the personnel of this specific branch does try to help, I found their actions usually uncoordinated and often pretty useless to solve problem caused by some issues and errors they or their central offices made. They also seem to lack any ability to actually deal with you in anything more than a generic way or to make any decision by themselves related to even the simplest cases. Though I got some bad experiences with two of them, I don't want to specifically target this agency and its personnel. What I do recognise here are the marks of a corporation whose culture, tools and vision of customer services are seriously lacking. This has consequences on customers like me who, though they are actually not asking much more than the basic services, have been faithful for years and still get quite some money channeled through the bank, don't get much attention or care.
